Crédit Agricole CIB, Tokyo Branch and Crédit Agricole Securities, Tokyo Branch (hereinafter collectively “the Branch” in this rule) declares the following basic policies to prevent damage caused by the groups or individuals that resort to violent, coercive and/or fraudulent means to pursue economic interests (so-called “anti-social forces”).
| 1 | The Branch shall endeavour to take branch-wide actions against anti-social forces as well as to ensure safety of our staff dealing with anti-social forces. |

| 2 | The Branch shall keep close relationship with the police, lawyers and Japan Securities Dealers Association and other external specialised organisations as preventive measures against unreasonable demands from anti-social forces. |
| 3 | The Branch shall reject any relationship or transactions with anti-social forces. |
| 4 | The Branch shall reject unreasonable demand from anti-social forces and take legal actions under civil and criminal codes on the unreasonable demand from anti-social force as necessary. |
| 5 | The Branch shall never engage in backdoor deals or provide funding to anti-social forces. |
