1. Crédit Agricole Securities Asia B.V,, Tokyo Branch (hereinafter "the Branch") endeavors to provide state-of-the-art financial techniques and best services, as a Financial Instrument Firm, to our customers to meet their high expectations and trust.
2. The Branch strives to conduct solicitation activities at appropriate hours through Crédit Agricole Group’s global network to meet our customers’ investment needs.
3. In soliciting customers for our products, the Branch intends to give appropriate solicitation best suited to each individual customer based on the customer’s investment intentions considering our understanding of the customer's knowledge, experience, financial capacity and objective in entering into a financial product transaction.
4. The Branch strives to provide proper and adequate information on products, including the features and associated risks that are necessary for our customers to make their own judgments and take responsibility for the transactions entrusted to the Branch.
5. Maintaining ongoing customers’ trust is the Branch’s first priority. While complying with relevant laws and regulation, the Branch endeavors to strengthen its internal management systems to ensure appropriate solicitation.
